About Golden Heights RWA
Golden Heights Residents Welfare Association is the registered, elected body that represents the families of Golden Heights and looks after the shared life of the township.
The association was formed by residents soon after the first towers were handed over, to give owners and tenants one voice with the developer, the municipal authorities and service providers.
Since its registration it has taken over day-to-day upkeep of the common areas, security and facilities, and it reports to residents every year at the Annual General Body Meeting.
To keep Golden Heights safe, clean, well maintained and neighbourly — and to run the association openly, with every rupee and every decision accounted for.
The association is governed by its registered constitution. Members elect a managing committee at the General Body Meeting; the committee meets regularly, publishes its decisions as circulars and presents audited accounts every year. Any member may raise a matter through the resident portal or at a General Body Meeting.
